The Plureligion Network is an innovative and unique global network of research projects and researchers that explore religious plurality and diversity. It was founded in 2009 to overcome the tendency that research projects on plurality and diversity are often carried out without mutual consideration, because of their focus on the local or regional. The Plureligion Network coordinates an international overview on the conducted research projects in this field, connects researchers worldwide, and enables to compare findings of regional studies on religious plurality. The Center for Religious Studies (CERES) at Ruhr University Bochum coordinates this growing network.
